How do you handle shipping?
Domestic shipments are provided through UPS. International shipments are provided through USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout.
We will send you a tracking number once the package has been processed.
You can rest assured we ship the orders as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for all ready items to be shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping except for some parts of Ukraine and remote areas. If you don't see your country on the checkout page, you can contact us directly.
Can I exchange/return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Please refer to the Care and Composition page for information on how to care for your jewelry.
We also offer services including silver cleaning, pearl restringing, and clasp/earring back repair. Please contact us via mail or DM with any questions.
Can I rent Zepter Cabinet items for MV, Photoshoot, Celebrity styling?
For any renting services, please enquire us directly at contact@zeptercabinet.com. We are very enthusiastic about renting and will not ask for a deposit.
