Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for all ready items to be shipped. 

International shipments are provided through your local carrier, and rates are calculated at checkout. 

International shipping should arrive in 9-14 business days however may take longer depending on where you live.

Every order will receive a tracking number sent to their email once the package has been processed. 

Once an item has been shipped, Zepter Cabinet is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. We will try our best to accommodate, but additional charges might apply.

If your package has been returned back us, additional charges may apply to re-ship. We will try to keep costs low as possible, and will only cover full costs if there was any mistakes on our end.

Zepter Cabinet is not responsible for any incurred fees from customs, duties, or VAT.
