Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping.
Free shipping is available to EU countries.

Please allow 2-3 business days for all ready items to be shipped. International shipments are delivered through your local carrier, and rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping should arrive in 5-7 business days however it may take longer depending on the location of the order.

Every order will receive a tracking number sent to their email once the package has been processed. 

Once an item has been shipped, Zepter Cabinet is not responsible for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. We will try our best to accommodate, but additional charges might apply.

Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
